Sai Kung (西貢) Seafood
I am finally back from HK after business. Things went as well as we could hope for. Anyway, after the official business was done, we had a mini celebration/thank you dinner at Sai Kung Town, famous for their seafood.
Although I am not a seafood fan, I was impressed by the variety of live seafood on display. I don't think you will ever see such a sight in Singapore or Malaysia. It looked more like an aquarium than a seafood restaurant. They even had Moray Eels and Stonefish for the picking! All these washed down with several glasses of TsingTao. Check out more photos of the restaurant HERE.
After the seafood session, it was down to the local pub for some drinks. Not very happening though. Anyway, since it was mainly guys, it was Darts and Pool all evening.

Good trip to HK? The Ixus 850is photos are excellent. Back in UK for a week now and still jet lagged! Am missing seafood already!
HK trip was good. Weather was cool and nice. Yes, the Ixus 850IS photo quality is pretty good, did you get one eventually?
Didn't get one this time as Canon has just released two new IXUS models which were not in the shops yet.
Thinking of getting a compact IXUS and also a super zoom like the new Sony H7/H9 or the Canon S3.
Borrowed my sister's H5 and took great night shots from the esplanade. Will email a sample to you.
Looks good. How about an SLR? I am contemplating the Pentax K10D ... but then now I am getting too used to the compact size of the IXUS. Don't think any SLR would fit into my jeans pocket!
