Nothing's better than Mum's cooking ...

As I mentioned in the previous post, dinner was at my in-laws. Nice and simple home cooked dishes. The 咸菜豆腐 (Salted Vegetable with Tofu) soup was great. My favourite were the Potato Wedges with Minced Pork and the Roast Chicken (This is the only one that was tar pau-ed) ... so guess where I was sitting! General_
